Senior Advisor

Marietta, who goes by Ed, joined the team in 2016. As a Senior Advisor she brought decades of investment management and financial planning experience as an owner of her own investment management firm started in 1992 until she brought her talents to Alaska Wealth Advisors. Her passion is wholistic wealth management and she enjoys working with clients who understand that they are the experts on themselves, and they want an advisor who build on their expertise. Her clients feel empowered and more knowledgeable leaving an appointment than when they came in.

Ed is a lifelong Alaskan, she and her husband were born and raised here and are proud to be living and raising their two boys in the state they were born.  In the community she serves on the Board of Directors at Credit Union 1 and, as a former collegiate rower, brought rowing to Alaska helping to found teams in Anchorage, Cooper Landing, Moose Pass, Seward, Soldotna, Cordova, Fairbanks, and the Matsu Valley.  As a rower she competes all over the world and she also leads the combined APCM and Alaska Wealth Advisors team in the popular annual rowing fundraiser “The Dave”.
